The following is a hypothetical situation in order for a team of two to develop a new way of telling a brand's story.
It's time to bring something great to an organization that strives for the greater good of Detroit. After two years of working toward a better Detroit, Detroit Future City and two students sat down together and looked at both where the organization have been and where they are heading. We collectively determined that to be as successful as possible, Detroit Future City needed to re-evaluate how they appear toward the public, and after months of hard work, we arrived at what we believe to be a successful, implementable kit of parts.
The following guidelines will help lead you through both internal and external communication strategies.
After 10 strong weeks, a concept for the organization Detroit Future City was put together to help tell its story, strategic framework, and even getting the community involved.

A project that began by spending time in restaurants and bars around Detroit quickly turned to the realization that with the sharing of food and drinks in any particular setting, comes the moment of sharing stories with one another. Thus, a web and print show-book of the voices and thoughts of Detroiters, paired with the history of Detroit.
How do a group of three formulate a project that incorporates the telling of people's stories into the history of Detroit (with the belief that the city we know and love wouldn’t be what it is today without its people).
An event was held at The Rust Belt Market in Ferndale on February 21, 2015, offering cookies to anyone that answered one of 10 questions that abstractly paralleled an important part in Detroit’s history.
From there, these snip-bits of people's lives were placed into a collage of stories, that further tell the history of not only our residents, but our city.

y developing a stationary set and the beginnings to a collection of items to sell in the store, brings 826 Wanderlust Lodge one step closer to becoming the next 826 Chapter.

What if we can create new means of navigating through a space? When we think of "space", we don't likely consider the negative space. For the 2012 AIGA Conference GAIN, I had wanted to show the power of new navigation techniques through negative space.

I grew up in a Russian household. I'm a first generation American. Yet, my family never really enforced me to learn the native language they spoke on a day-to-day base. Sure, I comprehended everything my relatives were talking to me about, but to keep the conversation going was simply never going to happen on my end.
My last semester at the College for Creative Studies was spent trying to go back to the roots of the Russian language; by studying its form (both verbally and in writing). With many hours of sketching and with Rosetta Stone constantly on my mind, the 33 drop caps came together as a tribute to my family and everything they have helped me through over the past 21 years of my life and furthermore.
